Book your Appointments by downloading the BOOKSY for customers app or click the BOOK NOW button at the bottom of this page. 

Zena does not book appointments via text, Instagram, Facebook messenger or email. All appointments must be made through the BOOKSY app. 

*******Clients, please remember that children are welcome at the salon if they have an appointment or another adult to watch them during your service. Salons are full of hot and hazardous material. It is dangerous and I don’t want your child getting injured or the liability. This is for the safety of your child. Thank you for your consideration. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if you bring an unsupervised child with you to your appointment. This is effective as of 10/10/2018

****Make sure you get a confirmation email after booking online. If you do not recieve a confirmation email then your appointment time was not reserved. Make sure to keep your confirmation email! You can manage your appointments, cancel or reschedule on the BOOKSY app. 

**** If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. Please give a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You will be charged half of the service fee booked for missed or last minute cancellations. You can cancel an appointment through the BOOKSY app.
